Information we collect
Consensus may collect account information, display name, email address, profile image, team membership, room and session data, story titles and descriptions entered by users, votes and estimates, session summaries, support requests, and diagnostic or crash information when enabled.
How we use information
Information is used to provide account access, team and session functionality, planning poker collaboration, support, debugging, product improvement and beta feedback handling.
Where data is stored
Consensus uses Firebase and Google Cloud services to store and process app data. We do not sell personal data.
Retention
Data is retained only for as long as needed to provide the app, support users, maintain shared session history, meet legal or security needs, or complete cost-conscious cleanup.
Your rights
UK users can request access, correction, deletion, objection or restriction where applicable by contacting support.
