Data Retention Policy

How Consensus keeps planning data useful without storing more than needed.

Active rooms

Rooms are created with a short expiry window unless completed sooner.

Completed room detail is marked with completion metadata and becomes eligible for cleanup after around 30 days.

Session summaries are retained for history and insights unless user or team deletion, retention policy changes or manual cleanup applies.

Profile images are retained until replaced or until account deletion removes the stored avatar where practical.

Crash and diagnostic data is retained according to Firebase and Google Cloud settings.

Cleanup is intended to be explicit, batched and cost-conscious. Final retention periods should be reviewed before public launch.
